Whether you're pregnant, newly postpartum, or further along in your motherhood journey, your body deserves movement that meets you with support — not pressure.

These 1:1 sessions are built around where your body is asking for care. Through a blend of strength-focused and functional movement, breath work, and education, we’ll work together to help you feel more connected to your body and confident in how you move.

  • Each session is 60 minutes and fully tailored to you. Together, we’ll focus on:

    • Functional movement strategies to support your daily life

    • Breath work for nervous system support and core connection

    • Postural awareness to reduce discomfort

    • Pelvic floor and core support (including movement guidance for diastasis, prolapse, or leaking)

    • A thoughtful, individualized approach — no “bounce back” language, no unrealistic expectations

    Available virtually or in-person in Hoboken, NJ.

  • This work isn’t about pushing harder — it’s about reconnecting with your strength in a sustainable, supportive way.
