A Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist is trained in a whole-body approach for women’s health and fitness. As a corrective exercise specialist, I have a deep understanding of the prenatal & postpartum body, common prenatal & postpartum obstacles, and the proven corrective exercises to help you over these hurdles & seasons of life.

What is a 1:1 movement session like with Move Well with Danielle?
Each session is tailored to where you are in your pregnancy or postpartum journey. We may incorporate a mix of corrective exercise, mobility & strength work, breath work, pelvic floor/core support, prenatal or postpartum yoga, and more — all depending on your needs and what your body is asking for.

How will you help me accomplish the types of movements I love?
I am committed to having women see what they can do, instead of what they cannot do. Let’s work to move forward - no “bouncing back” is necessary. There are so many misconceptions of what is “normal” during pregnancy & postpartum. Some things might be common, but you do not have to live with them forever. While working with me, you will gain a deeper understanding of your body, create a solid foundation, build connection, and move forward doing the things you love!

What can I expect during my free consultation?
Your free consultation will include discussion regarding to how you are feeling & your goals for working together. We will then move through some movement to evaluate how you move & breathe and further discuss what it would look like to work together.

I am experiencing leaking. Would these movement sessions help me?
Yes! This may be common, but leaking does not have to be part of your day to day or last forever! Through commitment, you will take small steps & learn individualized exercises to provide your body the strength and support it is asking for. Take this next step - your body will thank you!

I would love to improve my diastasis recti. Can you help?
Absolutely! Your diastasis recti is not just about your core, it is also about the full body. By understanding your pressure management system and movement patterns of your entire body, you will learn to strengthen & better support your center through these movement sessions.

I have been recently diagnosed with pelvic floor prolapse. Is this a good next step for me?
For sure! There is no shame in this diagnosis and we can work together to help alleviate your symptoms. Working alongside a Pelvic Floor PT, during our sessions, you will strengthen your pelvic floor and give your organs the support they need.

I am not prenatal or postpartum. Can I still work with you?
1000%! My expertise and knowledge can be applied to all bodies. The strategies I share to help the prenatal & postpartum population can be applied to anyone. It is important to me to work with the body in front of me, so when I work with you, I work with YOUR individual body - gender and age doesn’t matter!
