I’m a mom, a Pregnancy & Postpartum Movement Specialist, and someone who deeply understands the physical and emotional journey of motherhood.
As a certified specialist in both pregnancy and postnatal fitness, I combine corrective exercise, functional movement, and pre+postnatal yoga to help moms feel strong, supported, and empowered — in every season of life.
After becoming a mom myself, my passion for supporting other moms became deeply personal. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body, uncertain about what’s safe, and overwhelmed by change. I'm here to offer both expertise and empathy as you move through the ever-changing landscape of motherhood.
I believe movement should be a source of healing and confidence, not something to fear or restrict. Every body is different, and every motherhood journey is unique. That’s why I offer a personalized, compassionate approach that honors where you are today — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
