Postpartum Yoga is a supportive, movement class designed for the postpartum body with your baby by your side. We focus on nurturing strength, mobility, and nervous system support while honoring the physical and emotional transitions of motherhood.

This class is as much about community as it is movement. All babies, all stages, and all versions of you are welcome.
