Postpartum Yoga BYOBaby
Postpartum Yoga is a supportive, movement class designed for the postpartum body with your baby by your side. We focus on nurturing strength, mobility, and nervous system support while honoring the physical and emotional transitions of motherhood.
This class is as much about community as it is movement. All babies, all stages, and all versions of you are welcome.

Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga is a movement class designed for the changing pregnancy body. We focus on building strength, improving mobility, and supporting your body and mind for a confident, empowered pregnancy.
This class is as much about community as it is movement - kept to an intimate size so you can connect with other parents-to-be.
